She has a point though…The lack of Personal Responsibility.

(I notice similar issues in Australia as well.)

a few people are saying the old guy should have got his money back, because of his age, i say he shouldn’t get his money back, because of his age, he should have known better, and heard the saying at least once in his eniire life, if it quacks like a duck, if it walks like a duck, it must be a duck. or maybe you dont have that saying over there, well i bet he has heard, if its too good to be true, it is.

Frost is a son of a bitch. The Judge is an idiot for not giving the money back to the old man. Now the old man will go home and die soon and the Judge will be in hell and have to answer to the devil for her actions. I feel bad for the old guy, he didnt know any better, old people are not good at identifying scams online.

Defendant, shyster to the last, is nodding his head in agreement with the Judge’s sermon.

he should have won that one.. an old guy like that isn’t experienced on the internet. she should have given him his money back. that guy said he made hundreds of thousands and the judge even called him a scammer. that sucked!

Funny, the defendant didn’t even bother to deny that he was a scammer. In a sense he was more honest than his alleged ‘victim’ – ie, the failed wannabe scammer.

Exactly. If someone his age expects that he’ll get rich from pop-up scams, he deserves what he gets.

I have no sympathy for the plaintiff. He’s old enough to know a scam when he sees one. He was blinded by greed…..

A scammer wanna be got scammed.

The defendant’s obviously just a loser.

He looks retard in my opinion.
I am not calling him a retard. “He just looks retard” if you know what I mean.
