Huthwaite institute &quot;SPIN sales&quot; never brings this up, and they are way out in front in terms of widely accepted sales to closing behaviors.  And I&#039;ve read every book they are associated with.  

This is an interesting concept, as confidence certainly does factor in closings, no question about that.
