    Can you source this research? Not that I’m skeptical, I’d just like to read more about it…the voice inflections.

    Huthwaite institute “SPIN sales” never brings this up, and they are way out in front in terms of widely accepted sales to closing behaviors. And I’ve read every book they are associated with.

    This is an interesting concept, as confidence certainly does factor in closings, no question about that.
